Qualifying and developing sophisticated Enterprise leads for an AI-native Employee Experience Platform at top DACH companies. Several years B2B SaaS sales experience with proven new customer acquisition track record required. Travel costs covered, Long Term Incentive Plan, flexible working models.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, software, or technology environment
- Completed degree or relevant vocational training (e.g., Business Administration, Communications)
- Enthusiasm for digital transformation and employee communication
- Proven track record in proactive new customer acquisition, research, and persuasive presentation
- Analytical and creative thinking with solution-oriented focus
- Excellent time and task management, professional relationship building
- Excellent German skills (C2) and fluent English communication
- Residence in Chemnitz, Leipzig, or Dresden region, or willingness to relocate
- Readiness to work 2 days/week from Chemnitz headquarters
Tasks
- Qualify and develop sophisticated Enterprise leads
- Identify the full potential of Enterprise leads
- Independently design and manage outbound campaigns
- Identify new business opportunities among top DACH companies
- Analyze business-critical priorities using consultative sales methods
- Act as a trusted advisor to large organizations
- Build a sustainable, high-quality sales pipeline
- Collaborate with Senior Account Executives and Marketing
- Arrange highly qualified meetings with key stakeholders
- Actively contribute experience to improve prospecting processes
- Provide well-founded feedback to Sales Management
