Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, software, or technology environment
  • Completed degree or relevant vocational training (e.g., Business Administration, Communications)
  • Enthusiasm for digital transformation and employee communication
  • Proven track record in proactive new customer acquisition, research, and persuasive presentation
  • Analytical and creative thinking with solution-oriented focus
  • Excellent time and task management, professional relationship building
  • Excellent German skills (C2) and fluent English communication
  • Residence in Chemnitz, Leipzig, or Dresden region, or willingness to relocate
  • Readiness to work 2 days/week from Chemnitz headquarters

Tasks

  • Qualify and develop sophisticated Enterprise leads
  • Identify the full potential of Enterprise leads
  • Independently design and manage outbound campaigns
  • Identify new business opportunities among top DACH companies
  • Analyze business-critical priorities using consultative sales methods
  • Act as a trusted advisor to large organizations
  • Build a sustainable, high-quality sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with Senior Account Executives and Marketing
  • Arrange highly qualified meetings with key stakeholders
  • Actively contribute experience to improve prospecting processes
  • Provide well-founded feedback to Sales Management
