Requirements

  • •Strong expertise in drug metabolism and ADME principles
  • •Knowledge of innovative DMPK technologies
  • •Experience in interdisciplinary teams addressing ADME challenges
  • •Familiarity with global regulatory guidelines related to DMPK
  • •Collaborative, self-driven, and proactive mindset
  • •Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)

Tasks

  • •Lead and coordinate a team of 3–4 lab technicians
  • •Plan, execute, and report routine in vitro DMPK assays
  • •Provide hands-on support for in vitro ADME experiments
  • •Troubleshoot manual and automated assays
  • •Maintain high data accuracy and optimize workflows
  • •Continuously improve in vitro ADME methodologies
  • •Develop and implement new technologies for DMPK
  • •Act as the DMPK representative in cross-functional teams
  • •Integrate in vitro and in vivo PK data for decision-making
  • •Prepare presentations for client interactions
  • •Participate in customer visits and contribute to audits
  • •Ensure compliance with GxP guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • •Maintain quality documentation, including SOPs
