- 7+ years bio/pharmaceutical sales experience
- Relationship management with healthcare providers

- Fluent German and English skills
- Willingness for domestic and international travel
- Ability to travel 80% of time
Tasks
- Promote the company's RNAi platform to healthcare professionals
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans
- Achieve pre-launch and post-launch sales and volume KPIs
- Deliver consistent messaging using advanced sales techniques
- Analyze territories to identify diagnosis and treatment centers
- Manage intersectoral referral networks to increase diagnosis rates
- Build trusted relationships to ensure deep market penetration
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery
- Provide commercial and scientific services to key customers
- Organize local meetings for physicians and healthcare professionals
- Represent the company at national events and congresses
- Act as the primary communication link for key customers
- Collaborate with internal medical, marketing, and access teams
- Lead alignment meetings to ensure territory plan implementation
- Maintain accurate and timely records in the CRM database
- Perform all activities according to high ethical standards
