Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- •At least 5–7 years of experience in Key Account Management
- •Solid knowledge of OEM automotive customer structures and processes
- •Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- •Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
- •Fluency in English; German is a strong advantage
- •Willingness to travel across Europe

- •Lead customer negotiations on pricing, contracts, and business agreements
- •Ensure competitiveness and profitability in negotiations
- •Coordinate with Aumovio for project execution and customer support
- •Develop and implement account strategies to expand business opportunities
- •Reinforce long-term partnerships with VW OES and Volvo
- •Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities
- •Identify risks and opportunities based on customer trends
- •Ensure smooth coordination with internal functions
- •Prepare and deliver account reviews and performance reports
- •Report forecasts to the Sales Director Europe
- •Promote initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
- •Strengthen Tenneco’s positioning as a strategic partner
