Key Account Manager Tightening EMEA(m/w/x)
Driving Cleco and Apex tightening product sales for assembly industry clients across EMEA. Several years of technical capital goods or OEM industry experience with global KAM required. 30 days vacation, bike leasing.
Requirements
- Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, technical business administration, or comparable education and experience
- Several years of professional experience in technical capital goods or original equipment supplier industry (automotive)
- Several years of key account management experience in global environment
- Very strong commercial strategic orientation with solid technical background
- Industry knowledge around assembly industry (advantage)
- High willingness to travel
- Fluency in German and English; other European languages (e.g., French) a plus
Tasks
- Drive Cleco and Apex product sales and profitability.
- Build lasting customer partnerships.
- Uncover new customer projects.
- Identify customer growth opportunities.
- Monitor market trends.
- Analyze competitor activities.
- Develop sales strategies and concepts.
- Coordinate sales strategy with Director Sales EMEA.
- Transform customer requirements into tailored proposals.
- Manage RFQs.
- Lead results-oriented negotiations with Director Sales EMEA.
- Cooperate with marketing on product launches.
- Implement product launches for key accounts.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Project Management.
- Ensure successful delivery of customer projects.
