  • Maintain impeccable and data-driven CRM hygiene
  • Lead local Business Reviews for C-level executives
  • Deliver ROI-focused presentations to demonstrate value
  • Manage local MSPs and vendor networks
  • Resolve operational roadblocks to ensure delivery performance
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance strategic sales output
