Requirements
- Understanding of written and spoken processes, instructions, reports, and regulations
- Minimum 4-year degree or equivalent related experience
- 1-year experience in a large organization
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluent English OR fluent third language and intermediate English
- Very good MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Self-reliance and self-starting ability
- Ability to deal with challenging situations
- Customs process knowledge and trade compliance understanding (advantageous)
- Logistics, transportation, or classification/tariff engineering background (advantageous)
Tasks
- Process global supply chain partner reviews
- Review current government restricted or denied parties lists
- Collect and approve Customer End Use and Export Compliance Certifications
- Conduct and document due diligence for partners and transactions
- Monitor and clear daily transactions while ensuring compliance
- Analyze high-volume transactional reports
- Prepare and submit low- and high-complexity government license applications
- Submit government reports
