Logistics & Trade Compliance Coordinator(m/w/x)
Supporting inventory control and logistics for chip manufacturing equipment. Knowledge of import/export procedures and customs regulations required. Bonus program participation, stock awards.
Requirements
- Vocational training, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or related field
- Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, supply chain, or materials management
- Knowledge of inventory control processes, cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and inventory reporting
- Experience with third-party logistics providers (3PL) highly desirable
- Understanding of import/export procedures, customs regulations, and international shipping documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced operational environment
- Experience with ERP, inventory management, or warehouse management systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Good German and English language skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, work in tight spaces, bend, squat, twist, kneel, reach, lift, distinguish colors, work in noisy environments, and use hand/power tools
- Excellent SAP knowledge, excellent RVC and Kitting processes knowledge and experience
Tasks
- Support inventory control and logistics operations
- Ensure trade compliance and operational excellence
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and logistics providers
- Maintain inventory accuracy and efficient material flow
- Review and understand operational metrics and KPIs
- Coordinate daily logistics activities with partners
- Monitor logistics performance and improve service levels
- Execute cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and MRB transactions
- Prepare and maintain inventory reports
- Support internal and external audit requests
- Collect and analyze data for audit documentation
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Increase efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Ensure compliance with work instructions and quality standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare import/export documentation and customs declarations
- Verify commercial documentation and shipment information
- Ensure compliance with country-of-origin and regulatory requirements
- Support efficient material movement and customs regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Lead and support EMEA RVC operations
- Manage 3PL effectively
- Demonstrate excellent SAP knowledge
- Apply RVC and kitting processes knowledge
