Requirements

  • Apprenticeship or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field
  • First experience in B2B industrial sales, automation technology, or precision equipment
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, OEM environments, or industrial automation systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German
  • Strategic thinking, hands-on mentality, high self-motivation, strong analytical abilities
  • Comfortable working remotely with regular regional travel

  • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, OEMs, and end users
  • Identify new application areas in high-value industries
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing
  • Introduce new technologies and tailor solutions
  • Conduct market analyses for opportunities and trends
  • Evaluate competitive activities
  • Represent Techcon at trade fairs and events
  • Deliver forecasts and business reports
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to management
