Requirements
- Digital affinity and enthusiasm for digitalization/automation
- Initial Salesforce administration experience (Sales/Service Cloud)
- Salesforce Administrator/Sales Cloud certifications (desirable)
- Agile project work experience with Jira/Confluence (plus)
- Structured, analytical, proactive working style
- High motivation and reliability
- Advanced English proficiency
- German language skills (plus)
- Thrive in international team environment
- Comfortable taking ownership
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Familiarity with Clay (plus)
- Familiarity with recording tools (plus)
- Familiarity with Mulesoft (plus)
Tasks
- Support Salesforce users with basic inquiries
- Resolve common user issues
- Collaborate with senior colleagues on complex challenges
- Manage Salesforce user accounts
- Create and deactivate user accounts
- Reset user passwords
- Enter and monitor data in Salesforce
- Collaborate with experienced team members to understand user needs
- Facilitate communication between end-users and the Salesforce team
- Improve system usage and adoption
- Learn to develop Low-Code solutions
- Create basic reports and dashboards
- Implement basic automations
- Support day-to-day business operations
