- •Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- •Confident use of MS Office and project management tools
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- •Sharp eye for detail and strong follow-up discipline
- •Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in team-oriented environment
- •Proactive, curious, and eager to deepen knowledge of SAP Public Cloud
- •Fluency in English
- •Conversational in German

Tasks
- •Schedule and coordinate project meetings, workshops, and steering committees
- •Prepare agendas and gather relevant materials for distribution
- •Capture meeting minutes, decisions, and action items, and follow up on completion
- •Assist project managers in tracking progress and updating project plans
- •Maintain high-quality project documentation
- •Contribute to status reports, dashboards, and stakeholder presentations
- •Support project governance activities and ensure alignment across workstreams
- •Serve as a liaison between project managers, business experts, and implementation partners
- •Communicate updates, deadlines, and reminders to all stakeholders
- •Maintain the project documentation repository with consistent version control
- •Coordinate logistical arrangements for workshops and testing sessions
