Description

As a Junior Project Manager, you will oversee projects with minimal supervision, track metrics, and prepare communications. This role involves collaborating with clients and the Mastercard team to deliver valuable insights and solutions while managing risks and timelines.

Requirements

• •Undergraduate degree with work experience in project management and change management methodologies
• •2-3 years of Project Management experience
• •Exposure to financial institutions, payments, and/or consultancies
• •Relevant teamwork and client or internal stakeholder management experience
• •Logical, structured thinking
• •Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
• •Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• •Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language
• •Eligibility to work in the country and apply for travel visas
• •Ability to travel to client sites on a semi-regular basis
• •Completion or interest in recognized professional accreditation, such as Project Management Professional (PMP)
• •Knowledge of Project Management tools
• •Exposure to payments and/or retail banking or merchants
• •Ability to identify problems, brainstorm and analyze answers, and implement solutions
