Description

As an Associate Managing Consultant in Program Management, you will oversee multiple projects, ensuring effective coordination and risk management while delivering valuable insights and recommendations to clients across various industries.

Requirements

• •Undergraduate degree with work experience in project management and change management methodologies
• •4-6 years of Project Management experience
• •Exposure to financial institutions, payments, and/or consultancies
• •Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders
• •Logical, structured thinking
• •Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
• •Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• •Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language
• •Eligibility to work in the country and apply for travel visas
• •Ability to travel to client sites on a semi-regular basis
• •Experience developing and implementing solutions and measuring impact on clients' business
• •Experience coaching junior consultants
• •Completion or interest in recognized professional accreditation, such as Project Management Professional (PMP)
• •Knowledge of Project Management tools
• •Exposure to payments and/or retail banking or merchants
• •MBA or master’s degree with relevant specialization (not required)

• •Manage deliverable development on high-value projects
• •Utilize project and change management methodologies
• •Define project scope, timelines, and budget
• •Perform cost, benefit, and risk analyses
• •Report on issues, risks, and progress
• •Summarize findings and offer credible solutions
• •Maintain working relationships with client managers
• •Develop business recommendations and client presentations
• •Plan and organize work for junior team members
• •Lead team and external meetings
• •Contribute to intellectual capital and solution development
• •Coach and mentor junior team members
• •Ensure compliance with Mastercard’s security policies
• •Maintain confidentiality and integrity of information
• •Report any suspected information security violations
• •Complete mandatory security trainings
