Requirements
- •Undergraduate degree with work experience in project management and change management methodologies
- •4-6 years of Project Management experience
- •Exposure to financial institutions, payments, and/or consultancies
- •Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders
- •Logical, structured thinking
- •Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- •Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- •Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language
- •Eligibility to work in the country and apply for travel visas
- •Ability to travel to client sites on a semi-regular basis
- •Experience developing and implementing solutions and measuring impact on clients' business
- •Experience coaching junior consultants
- •Completion or interest in recognized professional accreditation, such as Project Management Professional (PMP)
- •Knowledge of Project Management tools
- •Exposure to payments and/or retail banking or merchants
- •MBA or master’s degree with relevant specialization (not required)

- •Coordinate a complex range of activities
- •Define project team and stakeholder roles
- •Identify risks and develop proactive solutions
- •Manage deliverable development on high-value projects
- •Utilize project and change management methodologies
- •Define project scope, timelines, and budget
- •Perform cost, benefit, and risk analyses
- •Report on issues, risks, and progress
- •Summarize findings and offer credible solutions
- •Maintain working relationships with client managers
- •Develop business recommendations and client presentations
- •Plan and organize work for junior team members
- •Lead team and external meetings
- •Contribute to intellectual capital and solution development
- •Coach and mentor junior team members
- •Ensure compliance with Mastercard’s security policies
- •Maintain confidentiality and integrity of information
- •Report any suspected information security violations
- •Complete mandatory security trainings
