Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in HR, People Ops, admin, or relevant student/internship experience (ideally startup/scale-up)
- High integrity and discretion with confidential information
- Proactive, can-do mindset with hands-on problem-solving
- Basic HR processes, labor laws, compliance knowledge (or willingness to learn)
- Excellent written/verbal English and German communication (other European languages a plus)
- Tech-savvy with HR tools/systems experience (or quick learning ability)

- Handle employee contract changes
- Oversee employee offboarding processes
- Facilitate smooth new employee integration
- Follow up on onboarding tasks
- Coordinate performance review tasks
- Maintain accurate employee data in systems
- Administer HR tools and processes
- Ensure seamless HR documentation
- Streamline HR administration
- Manage contract tasks
- Communicate with relevant authorities
- Provide accurate employee data to Payroll
- Ensure smooth payroll processing
- Manage external service provider relationships
- Stay updated on local labor laws
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Update company policies
- Update internal documentation
- Maintain People department guidelines
- Streamline People department procedures
- Provide day-to-day People Team support
- Improve and streamline People processes
- Learn People operations best practices and trends
