- National of CERN Member State
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electronics Engineering
- No previous CERN graduate contract
- Willingness to work in radiation areas
- Ability to work in underground installations
Tasks
- Design and develop operational control systems
- Test control systems for solid-state generators
- Develop a hardware control crate
- Build a test and validation testbench
- Assist in hardware design and reviews
- Support hardware production processes
- Design mixed digital and analog PCBs
- Produce and test high-voltage electronic modules
- Design and produce integrated backplane PCBs
- Test backplanes within mechanical crates
- Design control and high-voltage distribution interfaces
- Integrate and deploy hardware on site
