- Deliver standard and tailored product demos
- Articulate core product features and business value
- Execute commercial negotiations
- Use approved pricing frameworks
- Maintain CRM integrity
- Record all sales activities
- Update deal stages and notes
- Collaborate with BDR team
- Provide feedback on lead quality
- Improve lead qualification and conversion
- Prepare detailed customer summaries
- Create key objective documents
- Ensure seamless customer onboarding
- Contribute to business strategy
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Central Ops
- Present customer feature requests
- Share market observations
