- •Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales
- •Solid understanding of Customer Experience (CX) landscape, contact center technologies, and AI-driven customer engagement
- •Demonstrated experience in proactive outreach, cold acquisition, and new business development
- •Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- •Native or near-native German language skills and fluent English (both written and spoken)
- •High motivation, curiosity, and growth mindset with desire to build a successful sales career
- •Previous experience selling CX, CCaaS, AI, or customer engagement technologies
- •Experience working in a structured, metrics-driven sales environment
- •Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

- •Present Genesys solutions and articulate the value proposition to stakeholders
- •Support the full sales cycle from initial engagement to contract negotiation
- •Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and partner teams to drive successful engagements
- •Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM records in Salesforce
- •Represent Genesys as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador
