Junior Account Executive (New Logo Hunting)(m/w/x)
Proactive acquisition of new client accounts for an AI-powered CX/EX platform in the German market. Native German and fluent English skills, plus 3 years B2B sales experience required. Access to industry-leading CX and AI technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales
- Solid understanding of Customer Experience (CX) landscape, contact center technologies, and AI-driven customer engagement
- Demonstrated experience in proactive outreach, cold acquisition, and new business development
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Native or near-native German language skills and fluent English (both written and spoken)
- High motivation, curiosity, and growth mindset with desire to build a successful sales career
- Previous experience selling CX, CCaaS, AI, or customer engagement technologies
- Experience working in a structured, metrics-driven sales environment
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Tasks
- Identify and engage new logo opportunities in the German market
- Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline through effective territory planning
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer needs in CX, AI, and cloud transformation
- Present Genesys solutions and articulate the value proposition to stakeholders
- Support the full sales cycle from initial engagement to contract negotiation
- Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and partner teams to drive successful engagements
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM records in Salesforce
- Represent Genesys as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador
