- Experience setting up and supporting conference room equipment
Tasks
- Provide day-to-day IT support to colleagues
- Troubleshoot and resolve workstation issues on macOS and Windows
- Administer a variety of SaaS tools used across the company
- Manage IT-related onboarding and off-boarding processes
- Provision access and set up devices for new employees
- Procure, configure, and manage hardware and software assets
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and documentation
- Teach best practices for internal tools and workflows
- Ensure company systems are secure and up to date
- Support and manage AI-powered tools, including access management
- Proactively identify and improve repetitive IT workflows
