- Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies and IT service management processes
- Knowledge of project management and creating presentations
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working service-oriented with IT users
- Very good German and good English skills
Tasks
- Provide IT end-user support
- Conduct training courses for employees
- Promote the use of new technologies
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT service requests
- Find practical solutions for IT issues
- Ensure high system availability
- Support global IT projects with 2nd level support teams
- Administer and manage the lifecycle of end devices
- Coordinate with external service providers
- Comply with IT security and compliance standards
