Description

In this role, you will be actively involved in ensuring production efficiency by troubleshooting and repairing machines, performing maintenance, and collaborating with production teams. Daily responsibilities will also include participating in new machine installations and upholding safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• •High School diploma, electrical background, or equivalent education
• •3+ years of experience as Electrician or Automation technician
• •Experience performing preventative maintenance on machines
• •Pneumatic experience
• •Experience troubleshooting automation equipment
• •Mechanical aptitude
• •PLC knowledge and troubleshooting
• •Motivation, organization, eagerness to learn, and positive attitude
• •High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• •Prioritization, time management, and flexibility
• •Troubleshooting and learning skills
• •Strong communication skills

Tasks

• •Troubleshoot and repair machines to support production demand
• •Perform scheduled corrective and preventative electrical maintenance on machines
• •Participate in projects and install new machines
• •Meet with production leads and supervisors to discuss machine operations
• •Utilize basic PLC knowledge for troubleshooting
• •Conduct routine maintenance functions and equipment adjustments
• •Maintain shop cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• •Adhere to Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Lean standards
