Tasks
- Develop and implement planned equipment maintenance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records.
- Train staff on machines, auxiliary equipment, and automation.
- Develop standard work procedures.
- Support continuous improvement of department efficiency.
- Perform root cause analysis for unplanned downtime.
- Implement resolutions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with engineering on equipment technical specifications.
- Provide detailed technical reports on equipment status.
- Participate in HSE initiatives.
- Promote electrical and mechanical safety.
- Manage resources for predicted and preventive repairs.
- Adhere to HSE, Quality, and Lean standards.
