- •Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support
- •Serve as the primary contact via phone, email, and Teams
- •Monitor and resolve service tickets in Jira
- •Escalate complex issues and ensure final resolution
- •Troubleshoot laptops, mobile devices, and printers
- •Install and configure hardware and peripherals
- •Maintain IT equipment inventory and hardware allocation
- •Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and DNS issues
- •Support IT infrastructure setup for new facilities
- •Document incidents and resolutions in Confluence
- •Manage user accounts and enterprise applications
- •Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams
