- •Erfahrung im 1st-Level-Support oder Helpdesk-Bereich
- •Sicherer Umgang mit Windows-Clients, idealerweise macOS/Linux, Active Directory und Office-365
- •Erfahrung mit Ticketing-Tools wie Jira Service Management oder ähnlichen Systemen
- •Grundverständnis für Netzwerke, VPNs und Peripherie-Hardware
- •Serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Deutsch (C1) und Englisch
- •Strukturierte Dokumentations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten sowie Teamorientierung
- •Experience in 1st-level support or helpdesk environments
- •Handling Windows clients, ideally macOS/Linux, Active Directory and Office 365
- •Familiarity with ticketing tools like Jira Service Management or similar
- •Basic understanding of networking, VPNs and peripheral hardware
- •Service-oriented mindset, communication skills, German (C1) and English
- •Structured documentation, problem-solving abilities and team-oriented style
