Requirements
- Experience managing OPSEC programs at Combatant Command level
- Experience developing and delivering OPSEC training programs
- Experience in multinational environment and strategic-level staff
- Knowledge of OPSEC principles, risk assessment, and vulnerability analysis
- TS/SCI clearance
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of Level II OPSEC Training
- Experience with Joint Staff organizational decision-making processes
- Knowledge of joint planning publications, authorities, and permissions
- Bachelor’s degree
- PMP or Lean Six Sigma Certification
- Eligibility for access to classified information
Tasks
- Support OPSEC program development and management
- Protect critical information and mitigate risks
- Coordinate OPSEC planning and execution
- Integrate OPSEC across Joint Staff, components, and partners
- Provide OPSEC expertise in risk assessment and vulnerability analysis
- Develop and deliver high-quality OPSEC plans and reports
- Conduct research to inform client leadership
- Ensure compliance with DoD OPSEC policies
- Mentor and supervise team members
- Work independently with minimal direction
