Requirements

  • Experience managing OPSEC programs at Combatant Command level
  • Experience developing and delivering OPSEC training programs
  • Experience in multinational environment and strategic-level staff
  • Knowledge of OPSEC principles, risk assessment, and vulnerability analysis
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Completion of Level II OPSEC Training
  • Experience with Joint Staff organizational decision-making processes
  • Knowledge of joint planning publications, authorities, and permissions
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • PMP or Lean Six Sigma Certification
  • Eligibility for access to classified information

Tasks

  • Support OPSEC program development and management
  • Protect critical information and mitigate risks
  • Coordinate OPSEC planning and execution
  • Integrate OPSEC across Joint Staff, components, and partners
  • Provide OPSEC expertise in risk assessment and vulnerability analysis
  • Develop and deliver high-quality OPSEC plans and reports
  • Conduct research to inform client leadership
  • Ensure compliance with DoD OPSEC policies
  • Mentor and supervise team members
  • Work independently with minimal direction
