- Full written and spoken professional German & English proficiency
- Understanding of private markets and portfolio construction principles
- Commercial mindset with track record of contributing to revenue growth or client expansion
- Proficiency in portfolio planning and cash flow management
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-growth environment
Tasks
- Build and manage relationships with high-net-worth investors
- Deliver best-in-class client experience to investors
- Provide insights and guidance on private markets investments
- Support private equity fundraising initiatives
- Execute investor outreach and follow-ups
- Manage private equity fundraising pipeline
- Conduct proactive portfolio reviews
- Identify portfolio optimization opportunities
- Contribute to revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell
- Prepare high-quality client materials
- Create investment memos and reports
- Update client portfolios and presentations
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Account Management teams
