Tasks
- Experience the entire HR working group first-hand
- Cooperate with experts from specialist departments
- Organize and prepare candidate interviews
- Conduct job interviews independently via video
- Manage applicants throughout the entire recruitment process
- Draft job advertisements and support employee induction
- Assist with contract creation and presentation preparation
- Handle administrative tasks including employee offboarding
- Contribute to strategy and content management development
- Learn about employer development and feedback formats
- Lead a strategic project based on your skills

- Currently in higher education
