- German and English at B2+ level, spoken and written
- Initial HR experience via internships or working-student roles
- Good MS Office skills
- Genuine interest in learning, creating, and applying new ideas/concepts
- Strong communication skills, proactivity, and approachable personality
- Motivation to independently drive initiatives and projects reliably
Tasks
- Coordinate interview scheduling
- Prepare interviewers and candidates
- Manage feedback and offers
- Ensure structured onboarding handover
- Support inclusive hiring standards
- Design bias-aware processes
- Roll out ERG activities
- Maintain measurable DEI plan
- Track DEI outcomes
- Set up engagement surveys
- Quality-check pulse surveys
- Analyze survey results
- Translate findings into recommendations
- Assist with employee programs
- Support engagement events
- Strengthen organizational recognition
- Contribute ideas to team goals
Education
- Currently in higher education
