- 7–10+ years of experience in B2B key account management or solution sales
- Experience with multi-site or multi-country customers and long-term service contracts
- Extensive experience in project management and contract negotiations
- Understanding of operational conditions or high willingness to learn
- Confident manner in a matrix organization and high level of stakeholder management
- Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical skills
- Business fluent German and English; other European languages are an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills; experience with CRM systems is desirable
- Willingness to travel within Europe
Tasks
- Define and implement strategy for major international customers
- Manage international tenders and negotiate framework agreements
- Design and coordinate standardized offerings for international customers
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across locations
- Coordinate cross-border implementation and track KPIs
- Monitor results and KPIs, including sales and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with local stakeholders and various departments
- Prepare decision-making documents and presentations for management
- Conceptualize and facilitate workshops and cross-functional meetings
