Description

In this role, you will support the Sales and Flightcare team by managing client inquiries and assisting with flight arrangements. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining customer data and enhancing service quality to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

Tasks

• •Support the Sales and Flightcare team with client inquiries
• •Assist with pre- and post-flight arrangements, including handling, catering, slots, PPR, hotels, and ground transportation
• •Maintain customer data and bookings in internal systems
• •Facilitate communication with brokers and partners
• •Contribute to improving service processes and quality standards
