Interview coordination for a global management consulting firm, managing candidate logistics and interviewer packs. Fluent German and English skills, strong MS Office proficiency required. Flexible work environment, direct exposure to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Initial experience in recruitment coordination (advantageous, not a necessity)
- Fluent German and English language skills (written and verbal)
- Current student or BA/MA graduate
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (advantageous), Workday preferred
- Customer service focus, dedication to meeting expectations, effective client relationships, high-standard deliverable execution
- Multitasking, prioritization, time management, willingness to step outside job description
- Self-starter, appetite for learning, drive to excel and grow
- Ability to take and incorporate constructive feedback quickly
- Ability to manage heavy work volume and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Confidentiality maintenance and respect
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Tasks
- Coordinate candidate interviews across markets
- Liaise with Partners, Managers, and Executive Assistants
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview arrangements
- Collaborate with Executive Assistants to coordinate interview days
- Organize interview packs, including CVs, for interviewers
- Schedule screening calls for senior Recruiters
- Collect Recruiter feedback from screening calls
- Send Recruiter recommendations to hiring managers
- Source and research candidate profiles matching hiring needs
- Maintain and update Workday recruiting system data
- Post roles on internal and external job boards
- Support CV screening for candidate applications
- Distribute relevant CVs to Recruiters
- Coordinate candidate travel and accommodation
- Cover other team duties as needed
- Liaise with Executive Assistants for smooth interviews
