Requirements
- •Student in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable field
- •Initial experience or knowledge in LEAN Management
- •Strong interest in process optimization, supply chain management, and continuous improvement
- •Good analytical skills and confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- •Fluent written and spoken English, other languages like German are a plus
- •Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- •Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working
- •Willingness to engage in international and interdisciplinary projects

- •Apply KAIZEN principles for tailored local solutions
- •Gain insights into European pharmaceutical healthcare markets
- •Adapt KAIZEN practices to industry dynamics
- •Explore working areas of Supply Chain teams
- •Learn about critical infrastructures in healthcare
- •Contribute to the LEAN Academy for best practice exchange
