Requirements

  • •Student in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable field
  • •Initial experience or knowledge in LEAN Management
  • •Strong interest in process optimization, supply chain management, and continuous improvement
  • •Good analytical skills and confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • •Fluent written and spoken English, other languages like German are a plus
  • •Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • •Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working
  • •Willingness to engage in international and interdisciplinary projects

Currently in higher education

Tasks

  • •Support the Head of Lean Management
  • •Organize and conduct LEAN workshops
  • •Identify improvement potentials in processes
  • •Promote continuous improvement and efficiency
  • •Administer and coordinate the LEAN management program rollout
  • •Integrate KAIZEN methodologies for sustainable change
  • •Assist with country-specific queries
  • •Apply KAIZEN principles for tailored local solutions
  • •Gain insights into European pharmaceutical healthcare markets
  • •Adapt KAIZEN practices to industry dynamics
  • •Explore working areas of Supply Chain teams
  • •Learn about critical infrastructures in healthcare
  • •Contribute to the LEAN Academy for best practice exchange
