Requirements

  • •Pursuing studies in Human Resource Management, Development-related fields, Data Management, or comparable qualification
  • •High levels of organization and attention to detail
  • •Ability to work independently and detail-oriented
  • •Full proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus

Education

Currently in higher education

Tasks

  • •Support the rollout and customization of the new international Learning Management System (LMS)
  • •Lead the data migration process with project stakeholders
  • •Provide backend business support for local stakeholders regarding the LMS
  • •Assist in the rollout of key Corporate Learning Academies and Corporate Trainings
  • •Develop and apply project management skills in collaboration with Corporate HR’s Talent Management and Learning team
  • •Explore additional project opportunities in international program rollout, learning strategy, and consultancy planning based on your interests
