Requirements

  • •Motivation and strong academic background
  • •Current Master’s or advanced Bachelor’s student in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • •Prior internships or practical experiences in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Infrastructure Investments, or Management Consulting
  • •Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • •Basic understanding of financial modelling and valuation
  • •Fluency in English and German
  • •Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • •Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • •Proactive, can-do attitude and collaborative mindset
  • •Permission to work in Germany

Education

Bachelor's degree
OR
Currently in higher education

Tasks

  • •Assist in executing buy-side transaction processes for acquiring wind farms or portfolios
  • •Conduct market research and analyses to support strategic decision-making
  • •Support the preparation and maintenance of financial models for valuation
  • •Perform sensitivity and optimization analyses to evaluate potential risks and opportunities
  • •Help prepare reports for private equity investors
  • •Contribute to analyses for identifying and executing value-creation opportunities within the existing portfolio
