  • •Completion of at least 4 academic semesters in economic/legal studies or comparable programme with real estate focus
  • •Previous experience from relevant internships in real estate or finance advantageous
  • •Entrepreneurial mindset with prior entrepreneurial experience ideally
  • •Fascination for properties in critical situations
  • •Analytical and structured approach to work
  • •Team player, self-directed, confident disposition, flexible and willing to travel
  • •Commitment to excellence by producing precise work
  • •Fluency in German and English in spoken and written form, additional languages advantageous
