Requirements

  • •At least one internship experience in finance (VC, PE, M&A) or strategy consulting
  • •Strong entrepreneurial mindset and keen interest in technology ecosystem
  • •Autonomy, multitasking, and full proficiency in German and English
  • •Dedication for 6 months starting September 2026
  • •Eligibility to work in Germany

Tasks

  • •Conduct in-depth analysis of targeted sectors and geographies
  • •Identify potential new investment opportunities
  • •Participate in industry forums and tech-related events
  • •Assist in market reviews and work with industry experts
  • •Perform financial analysis and modeling
  • •Attend meetings with companies, advisors, and partners
  • •Prepare investment memos for the Investment Committee
  • •Update and prepare presentation materials for fundraising
  • •Source potential limited partners (LPs)
  • •Draft follow-up emails for fundraising efforts
  • •Prepare for weekly meetings on deal flow and new investment opportunities
  • •Present analyses conducted during meetings
  • •Support entrepreneurs and teams of portfolio companies
  • •Ensure ESG processes and criteria are integrated throughout the investment cycle
  • •Promote ESG practices among portfolio companies
