Inside Sales Specialist - Clutches & Brakes(m/w/x)
As an Inside Sales Specialist for Clutches & Brakes, you will focus on building strong client relationships and identifying growth opportunities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve leveraging digital tools for effective sales processes, managing customer inquiries, and collaborating with teams to deliver exceptional support.
Requirements
- Technical curiosity and competence in Regal Rexnord Clutches & Brakes products
- Sales and/or Marketing experience in B2B solutions-selling environment
- Experience in industrial manufacturing or Clutches and Brakes industry
- BA/BS in Industrial Technologies, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and BI Tools
- Passion for Continuous Improvement through 80/20 principles
- Ability to make effective digital presentations
- Fluency in English and any other European language is a plus
- Travel up to 20% required
- Ability to navigate Regal Rexnord matrix organization
- Understanding and implementing strategies for profitable growth
- Customer-centric approach to understanding business needs
Tasks
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts
- Identify growth opportunities within client accounts
- Utilize digital business tools to drive sales results
- Execute disciplined selling processes using virtual selling tools
- Plan accounts purposefully and manage time and territory effectively
- Manage sales funnel opportunities and demonstrate CRM proficiency
- Provide training and facilitate communication between customers and Regal Rexnord
- Maximize new business and cross-selling opportunities using BU Playbooks
- Collaborate with Field Sales Teams to enhance sales and customer support
- Assess and validate channel partner needs continuously
- Drive adoption of company programs among channel partners
- Educate end users and distributors on Regal Rexnord product value
- Manage customer inquiries, quotes, and orders following standard procedures
- Utilize SAP for managing customer interactions across EMEA C&B sites
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver tailored solutions
- Coordinate with internal partners to resolve customer-impacting issues
- Handle customer inquiries with expertise in Clutches and Brakes
