- •Broad knowledge and technical expertise in refinery and petrochemical industry
- •Technical product knowledge of isolation valves and flow control valves
- •Dynamic and creative initiative-taker
- •Strong organization and planning skills
- •Collaboration skills
- •Analytical problem-solving skills
- •Strategic thinking skills
- •Customer centricity through interpersonal communication
- •Ability to work effectively across all organizational levels
- •Broad knowledge of industry standards related to Flowserve product portfolio
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- •Serve as a subject matter expert for product selection
- •Coordinate with engineering on engineered-to-order design solutions
- •Align global product leadership with customer needs for diversification
- •Support new product introductions and raise application awareness
- •Assist in resolving commercial and technical issues
- •Help develop targeted account plans
- •Update account plans and opportunities in the CRM system
- •Identify and escalate potential issues affecting customer relationships
