Requirements
- •Technical curiosity and competence in Regal Rexnord Clutches & Brakes products
- •Sales and/or Marketing experience in B2B solutions-selling environment
- •Experience in industrial manufacturing or Clutches and Brakes industry
- •BA/BS in Industrial Technologies, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- •Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and BI Tools
- •Passion for Continuous Improvement through 80/20 principles
- •Ability to make effective digital presentations
- •Fluency in English and any other European language is a plus
- •Travel up to 20% required
- •Ability to navigate Regal Rexnord matrix organization
- •Understanding and implementing strategies for profitable growth
- •Customer-centric approach to understanding business needs

- •Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts
- •Identify growth opportunities within client accounts
- •Utilize digital business tools to drive sales results
- •Execute disciplined selling processes using virtual selling tools
- •Plan accounts purposefully and manage time and territory effectively
- •Manage sales funnel opportunities and demonstrate CRM proficiency
- •Provide training and facilitate communication between customers and Regal Rexnord
- •Maximize new business and cross-selling opportunities using BU Playbooks
- •Collaborate with Field Sales Teams to enhance sales and customer support
- •Assess and validate channel partner needs continuously
- •Drive adoption of company programs among channel partners
- •Educate end users and distributors on Regal Rexnord product value
- •Manage customer inquiries, quotes, and orders following standard procedures
- •Utilize SAP for managing customer interactions across EMEA C&B sites
- •Build strong customer relationships and deliver tailored solutions
- •Coordinate with internal partners to resolve customer-impacting issues
- •Handle customer inquiries with expertise in Clutches and Brakes
