- •Experience in customer operations/order management within a consumables business
- •Working knowledge of pricing (implementation, change control, negotiation basics, impact analysis)
- •Familiarity with B2B e-procurement and online store workflows
- •Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- •Fluency with CRM/ERP tools and spreadsheets
- •Creativity and customer focus
Work Experience

Tasks
- •Support price implementation by applying increases and negotiating with data-driven rationale
- •Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations for B2B connections and the online store
- •Track Agilent online store requests and resolve online shop issues
- •Administer the electronic catalogue
- •Follow up on delivery schedules, partial shipments, and backorders
- •Keep customers informed about delivery timelines
- •Communicate backorder statuses and set expectations
- •Clear orders for booking by assisting customers with catalogue numbers and price discrepancies
- •Drive inbound sales activities to meet objectives
- •Collaborate with field and cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
- •Prepare and manage accurate quotations aligned with pricing and contract terms
