  • Practical experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Very good German and English language skills

Tasks

  • Manage existing customer accounts
  • Acquire new customers in the commercial and public sectors in Austria
  • Proactively sell the complete HPE product portfolio
  • Process transactions while aligning with company strategy and industry trends
  • Analyze customer industries and competitive situations
  • Tailor the HPE portfolio to meet customer needs and goals
  • Build, maintain, and organize projects with forecasting
  • Participate in product campaigns to boost sales and generate new projects
  • Collaborate closely with end customers and HPE partners
  • Implement up-selling and cross-selling of IT solutions as part of customer retention strategy
