- Excitement and passion for technology and market trends
- Analytical skills and willingness to handle complex administrative and configuration tasks
- Ability to learn and use multiple internal tools and develop solid knowledge of Lenovo’s products and services
- Previous experience in technology field or IT Industry is preferred
- Proven successful sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory
Tasks
- Manage pre- and post-sales activities
- Collaborate with Key and Hybrid Account Managers
- Support sales opportunities and client solutions
- Provide proactive follow-up and product information
- Work with decision makers and internal stakeholders
- Assist with customer requests and communication
- Drive customer experience (CX) improvements
- Leverage technical sales team for complex configurations
- Develop value proposition and solution roadmap
- Maintain pipeline accuracy and forecasting
- Report weekly on opportunity management
- Track customer needs and ongoing sales
