Tasks

  • Manage pre- and post-sales activities
  • Collaborate with Key and Hybrid Account Managers
  • Support sales opportunities and client solutions
  • Provide proactive follow-up and product information
  • Work with decision makers and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with customer requests and communication
  • Drive customer experience (CX) improvements
  • Leverage technical sales team for complex configurations
  • Develop value proposition and solution roadmap
  • Maintain pipeline accuracy and forecasting
  • Report weekly on opportunity management
  • Track customer needs and ongoing sales
