- Certification (PMI, PRINCE2, or IPMA) is desirable, along with experience in managing projects focused on quality and process optimization
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, excellent communication and facilitation abilities, high problem-solving competence, and assertiveness
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken

- Manage projects focused on quality management
- Analyze and improve quality management processes
- Identify weaknesses and develop efficient workflows
- Implement sustainable quality standards
- Collaborate with business units and moderate workshops
- Coach teams to establish new processes and methods
- Prepare decision and project documentation
- Monitor project progress and initiate corrective actions
