Requirements
- •Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility
- •BS and 8 years specialized experience
- •Current DOD 8570 IAM III certification
- •Knowledge of NIST 800-53 and 800-37
- •Experience with A&A tools
- •Ability to work in dynamic environments
- •Experience interfacing with managers and users
- •Cyber engineering experience in cloud environments
- •IASAE III level Certification
- •Willingness to perform OCONUS travel
Education
Tasks
- •Develop and maintain System Security Plans
- •Establish security policies, procedures, and best practices
- •Coordinate with the DAO for system accreditation
- •Ensure emergent systems meet engineering compliance standards
- •Implement all phases of the Risk Management Framework
- •Execute cyber security plans for USAFRICOM systems
- •Define and coordinate perimeter and host-based firewall policies
- •Analyze security events using log collection tools
- •Determine the severity of potential security threats
- •Resolve network vulnerabilities using SCCM and HBSS
- •Utilize ACAS, Content Filtering, and Application Whitelisting
- •Monitor systems to analyze potential vulnerabilities
- •Perform cyber threat analysis using internal and external data
- •Coordinate with teams to resolve identified vulnerabilities
- •Conduct security monitoring and auditing activities
- •Provide guidance for securing information systems
- •Support comprehensive information security assessments
- •Apply expertise in ElasticSearch or Splunk SIEM solutions
- •Manage security across Microsoft and Linux operating systems
