- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience; M.Sc./MA/MBA preferred
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- High EQ and tact in influencing and negotiating

- Experience developing and understanding business models
- Ability to manage ambiguity and change
- Ability to set vision and prioritize

Tasks
- Support high-impact customer interactions with tailored narratives
- Ensure strong follow-through from executive engagements
- Design and drive executive engagement strategies for top accounts
- Partner with account teams to shape strategic account plans
- Analyze Financial Services market trends and customer priorities
- Provide actionable insights on performance drivers and risks
- Translate field feedback into recommendations for product and marketing
- Identify and prioritize high-impact industry initiatives
- Develop industry-specific executive content
- Scale best practices and success stories across the region
- Ensure consistency and quality of industry messaging
- Collaborate with global industry teams to adapt content
- Act as a central connector for Financial Services initiatives
- Establish feedback loops between field teams and product organizations
- Align regional execution with global industry strategy
- Support prioritization and resource allocation for key initiatives
