Tasks

  • Understand products and related technologies
  • Execute assigned deliverables from application plan
  • Conduct customer meetings on-site and remotely
  • Coordinate project phases with Project Management Office
  • Install and configure equipment and software
  • Train customers on products and technologies
  • Integrate basic products/services with customer systems
  • Provide high-level technical support to customers
  • Perform hardware and software repairs on-site
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on-site
  • Compile and report information accurately
  • Review work for quality compliance
  • Build awareness of change processes and tools
  • Recognize impact of change on peers and self
