Requirements

  • •Bachelor or Technical degree in Electronic or Biomedical
  • •Experience as Biomedical Technician, ideally in Medical devices or new starter from school
  • •Fluency in German and good knowledge of English, both oral and written
  • •Strong technical orientation and troubleshooting ability
  • •Good skills in MS Office
  • •Basic knowledge of MSSQL Database and PL/SQL scripting
  • •Ability to translate strategic vision into operational excellence
  • •Performance orientation and ability to meet targets
  • •Ability to travel 70%
  • •Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • •Ability to train others on technical matters
  • •Effective interaction with all levels of staff in problem solving
  • •Team player working closely with Sales and Customer Service

Work Experience

Tasks

  • •Perform maintenance on Infusion & Pyxis products
  • •Install and implement CFN Infusion products
  • •Provide sales support at customer sites
  • •Manage the technical hotline
  • •Conduct technical training sessions
  • •Coordinate service contracts
  • •Oversee service provider coordination
  • •Handle service administration tasks
  • •Develop technical service relationships with sales and customer service
  • •Act as the technical expert for product installation and maintenance
  • •Offer technical support for contract and tender quotations
  • •Represent the country for infusion pumps and Pyxis products
  • •Propose organizational changes to optimize GCS processes
  • •Identify opportunities for additional service revenue
  • •Contribute to GCS standardization efforts
  • •Ensure compliance with quality procedures and protocols
  • •Maintain service communication literature in line with brand identity and regulatory requirements
