- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Collect documentation and conduct background checks
- Create and manage role profiles
- Prepare and maintain labour contracts
- Handle termination orders
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws
- Manage employment and change letters
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Assist with employee queries
- Administer employee benefits programmes
- Coordinate with external partners
- Contribute to HR reporting
- Perform data analytics
- Prepare HR dashboards
- Support performance review processes
- Set up performance reviews
- Track progress of performance reviews
- Ensure timely completion of performance reviews
- Maintain efficient and organized office operations
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Order and receive deliveries
- Coordinate business travel
- Arrange accommodation
- Organize transfers
- Plan and organize team events
Education
- Currently in higher education
