Tasks
- Lead and co-own the HR Transformation Office
- Drive the global HR Transformation agenda
- Design and implement a scalable HR Operating Model
- Refine the HR Service Delivery Model
- Align HR structures with enterprise strategy
- Define and prioritize HR technology solutions
- Collaborate with HRIT and IT teams
- Act as a strategic interface between HR and stakeholders
- Establish and govern KPIs and performance metrics
- Ensure executive-level reporting
- Oversee the HR transformation portfolio
- Optimize resources and mitigate risks
- Drive continuous improvement and maturity assessments
- Identify optimization opportunities
- Enhance HR effectiveness and scalability
- Develop and execute change management strategies
- Implement communication and adoption plans
