Requirements

  • Expertise in designing and implementing HR Operating Models and Service Delivery frameworks globally
  • Strong experience in program and portfolio management

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, engaging executive stakeholders
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and decision-making skills
  • Solid experience in change management

Tasks

  • Lead and co-own the HR Transformation Office
  • Drive the global HR Transformation agenda
  • Design and implement a scalable HR Operating Model
  • Refine the HR Service Delivery Model
  • Align HR structures with enterprise strategy
  • Define and prioritize HR technology solutions
  • Collaborate with HRIT and IT teams
  • Act as a strategic interface between HR and stakeholders
  • Establish and govern KPIs and performance metrics
  • Ensure executive-level reporting
  • Oversee the HR transformation portfolio
  • Optimize resources and mitigate risks
  • Drive continuous improvement and maturity assessments
  • Identify optimization opportunities
  • Enhance HR effectiveness and scalability
  • Develop and execute change management strategies
  • Implement communication and adoption plans
