- Ensure HR structures, processes, and governance support company growth
- Act as right hand to the Head of HR
- Be involved in key decisions with senior management
- Steer and co-design HR programs with parallel projects
- Define target states, roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies
- Manage prioritization, resources, and risks across initiatives
- Design scalable HR setups for a dynamic growth environment
- Clarify roles, responsibilities, and interfaces across teams
- Ensure alignment with railway-specific regulations
- Ensure alignment with collective bargaining agreements (CBAs)
- Translate data, scenarios, and business needs into actionable options
- Prepare decision-making materials for leadership
- Support 24/7 workforce planning for operational train staff
- Steer cross-functional HR topics across the employee lifecycle
- Consider railway-specific legal and regulatory frameworks
- Consider railway-specific collective labor law frameworks
- Coordinate stakeholders across HR functions and operational units
- Partner with FlixTrain leadership on HR initiatives
- Align HR initiatives with network expansion and growth plans
- Facilitate alignment between strategic requirements and operational realities
